We're kicking the month into high gear with a name change: Channel Pilot Next is now Channel Pilot Pro NXT, as you might have already noticed from our headline. It also brings plenty of new tricks, all of them a true treat: AI that maps your data for you, orders from all your marketplaces in one place, a clear view of every offer, and protected export feeds. On top of that, you can switch off whole categories, and the interface now gives a hearty "Oui!" when asked whether "Parlez-vous français?

You’ll see the new name in the interface, in our emails and on these help pages. Nothing else changes: your account, settings, feeds and exports stay exactly as they are.

Mapping a new channel or marketplace used to mean going through every field and value by hand, which could easily take hours. Now you click “Map with AI” and it’s done in seconds: for every unmapped channel field, the AI suggests the best-fitting source field. This works in Data Mapping, Global Data Mapping, Attribute Mapping and Value Mapping.

You stay in control: the AI only fills empty fields, leaves your existing mappings alone, and saves nothing until you’ve reviewed its suggestions. When it isn’t confident about a match, it leaves the field blank rather than guess.

Two new modules are now in the sidebar: Feed-Marketplaces and Order Management. Orders from all your connected marketplaces appear in a single list, and you can open any order to see its line items and the full history of its processing status.

Set up your shipping and payment methods once and they apply to every marketplace. You can create test orders centrally with any product from your feed, and if several orders fail because of the same method error, a new bulk action fixes them all at once.

Each marketplace now has two new tabs. “Offer Management” lists every product you send to that marketplace with its current status, from “Creating” to “Online” or “Removed”. Click a product to open its log, which shows every create, price, stock and product data update with date, time and status.

“Listing Errors” gathers all failed actions in one table, together with the marketplace’s original error message. Once you’ve fixed the cause, restart a single action, a selection or all errors at once, with no more hunting for problems product by product.

Make sure only authorized systems can download your export feeds. Choose “Basic Auth” to use your shop’s existing Merchant ID and API Token, or “Query parameter” to set your own parameter and value, which then has to be part of the export URL.

Set a default for all exports in your shop settings and override it for individual exports where needed. The “Download” button in Channel Pilot works just as before.

A single toggle now includes or excludes an entire category from an export. Switch a category off, and none of its products go into that export. It’s a much faster way to control what goes to each channel, with no extra product filters needed.

Zalando, Tradebyte, bol and Cdiscount are now available as connectors. Reach more customers and manage these channels right alongside all your other marketplaces.
