Offer Management

Learn how to monitor the listing status of your articles on an API marketplace and read an article's offer log.

Note: The "Offer Management" tab is only available for marketplaces connected via API. The table only shows articles that pass the filter in the "Marketplace Settings" of this marketplace.

What is Offer Management?

Offer Management shows all articles that are to be listed on the marketplace via the API. For every article, you see at a glance which state the offer is in, whether it's already online and how it was listed. Click on a row to open the offer log with all actions and any error messages for this article.

Open Offer Management

  1. Open "Marketplaces" in the sidebar.

  2. Select the API marketplace you want.

  3. Click on the "Offer Management" tab. You'll find it between "Marketplace Settings" and "Listing Errors".
