Note: The "Listing Errors" tab is only available for marketplaces connected via API.
What are listing errors?
Whenever it lists articles, Channel Pilot Pro NXT sends actions to the marketplace, e.g. creating an article or updating a price. If an action fails, it appears on the "Listing Errors" page. Here you identify the cause, fix it and restart the affected actions individually or in bulk.
An article can have several entries, but only one per action type. Only the latest error of each action type is shown. As soon as there is a newer action of the same type, the error disappears from the list.
Open Listing Errors
Open "Marketplaces" in the sidebar.
Select the API marketplace you want.
Click on the "Listing Errors" tab. You'll find it between "Offer Management" and "Category Mapping".
The table at a glance

State | Current state of the offer, e.g. Creating or Online. You'll find all states in Offer Management. |

Error Message | Original error message from the marketplace or the interface. You can read the full message in the offer log. |
SKU | SKU of the article. |
Category | Marketplace category the article had at the time of the action. The last level is bold; hover to see the full path. |
Action | Failed action: "Create", "Price Update", "Stock Update", "Product Data Update", "Cancel" or "Delete". |
Time of Error | Time the error occurred, e.g. Feb 23, 2026, 13:08:27. |
Search, filter and export
Search: Use the search bar to search Error Code, Error Message, SKU and Category.
Filter: Filter "State", "Category" and "Action" using checkboxes.
Columns: Show or hide columns.
Export: Export the whole table.
Selection: Select individual rows using the checkboxes.
Tip: Filter by "Error Code" or "Category" to group similar errors and fix them together.
Fix an error
Click on the row to open the offer log and read the full error message.
Click on the row's three-dot menu and select where to fix it:
"Go to Attribute Mapping": Opens the attribute mapping and expands the category-specific export for the article's category, e.g. if a mandatory attribute is missing.
"Go to Category Mapping": Opens the category mapping, e.g. if the category is mapped incorrectly.
Correct the data and save your changes.
Restart the action (see below).
Note: If you've changed data, wait until the running export has finished before restarting the action. Otherwise your changes won't be sent with the restart.
Restart actions
A restart triggers a new action of the same type and sends the (updated) data to the marketplace again.
Restart a single action
Click on the row's three-dot menu.
Select "Restart".
Restart several actions
Use the button at the top right to restart several actions at once. Its label adapts to the table:
Button | When shown | What is restarted |
"Restart All" | The table isn't filtered. | All entries, across all table pages. |
"Restart filtered" | The table is filtered. | All entries matching the filter. |
"Restart selected" | At least one checkbox is selected. | Only the selected rows, regardless of the filter. |
You can also restart all failed actions of an article via the three-dot menu in Offer Management or in the offer log.
What happens after a restart
The restarted action disappears from the "Listing Errors" table immediately.
In the offer log, the original action gets a yellow icon and the suffix "-> Restarted". The timestamp shows the time of the restart.
The newly triggered action appears higher up in the log, first with a blue icon ("Pending").
If the new action fails too, it appears in the "Listing Errors" table again.
Automatically triggered actions
If a new action of the same type is triggered automatically, e.g. by a feed update, you don't need to do anything: the old error disappears from the table and is marked yellow in the offer log. The new action appears at the top of the log.
