In this area, you can link the marketplace’s predefined methods with your own internal settings.
The following method types are provided by the respective marketplace:
Delivery method
Payment method
Shipping method
Where do these values come from?
Delivery method and payment method are taken directly from the incoming orders from the marketplace. The shipping method (carrier), on the other hand, does not come from the order — it comes from your shop system.
Since delivery and payment methods originate from the orders themselves, new, not-yet-mapped values can appear with every new order. If this happens, you should add these new methods to the method mapping as well, so that the corresponding orders can also be processed correctly according to your usual workflows.
For your orders to be processed correctly, you must assign these marketplace method to your own internal method once.
This ensures that orders continue to be processed according to your usual workflows — for example, with the correct shipping method, payment method, or delivery option.
How does the mapping work?
Select the marketplace method (e.g., “Standard Shipping”)
Assign your own internal method (e.g., “DHL Parcel”).
If you do not yet have a method, you can create a new method by clicking "Add Shop method".
Click "Save"
Repeat this step for all available methods
The mapping only needs to be done once and can be adjusted at any time if needed.
Since new methods can keep appearing with new orders, it's worth checking the method mapping periodically and adding any missing mappings.
