To access your marketplaces, simply click on the icon on the left side of your screen.
You will then be taken to the marketplace overview. Here you can see all marketplaces you have booked at a glance — including the last synchronization time and the current status.
Before you can actively use a marketplace, you need to add it once and configure a few basic settings. The following video will guide you step by step through the process.
Adding a new Marketplace
Click on “Add Marketplace”.
Select the marketplace you want to book from the drop-down menu.
You can also use the search function to find a specific marketplace directly.
Click on “Add Marketplace” again.
You will return to the marketplace overview, where you now need to configure the basic settings for the newly added marketplace.
Setup the Marketplace
Here you will see eight different sections. We’ll go through each of them step by step so you can configure everything correctly and start using your marketplace.
Settings
Here you will find a link to your product feed, which you can copy directly to your clipboard.
You can also download the feed to check which products and data fields are being exported.
Decide whether the marketplace should be "active". Use the toggle for this.
Once the marketplace is set to "active," the export schedule is automatically activated.

If the marketplace is set to “Inactive”, product listing and order management will be paused.
Should the export to the marketplace contain a minimum number of products?
Set the minimum value here.You can also define filters for your export. Either select an existing filter or create a new one.

Category Mapping
Assigning products to categories is essential for maintaining clear structure and usability. It helps your customers find what they’re looking for, improves user experience, and increases the likelihood of sales.
Additionally, it supports efficient inventory management and makes sales data analysis easier. Well-thought-out categorization also helps with optimizing marketing strategies and developing targeted advertising campaigns.

Data Field Mapping
By default, the settings from your global data field mapping — which you configured after your initial feed import — are automatically applied here.
Some marketplace attributes are mandatory. Without mapping these required attributes, your export will fail.
These required attributes are marked with the following symbol:
The “Channel data fields” shown in the table are predefined by the marketplace you are exporting to. You cannot edit them, but you can add additional fields to your export if needed.

Method Mapping
Marketplaces often use different terms or structures than your internal system.
By creating these mappings, these differences are balanced out so that:
Orders are automatically assigned to the correct internal processes
Error messages or unclear statuses are avoided
Your workflows run efficiently and smoothly

Connection Settings
In this area, you set up the technical connection between your system and the respective marketplace. To ensure that data such as orders, products, or status updates can be exchanged correctly, you need specific access credentials provided by the marketplace.
The required connection information are different for each marketplace. For detailed information, please see the help page for the specific marketplace.
Export Settings
These settings are preconfigured depending on the export type. At the moment, you can export in the following formats:
CSV
XML
JSON

Export Uploads
If you enable (S)FTP Upload, the export feed will be uploaded to the server you have configured.
The interval is based on your configuration in the Export Schedule.
