Before an import or export can be executed, you select the type of processing you want to use. You have three modern and flexible options:

You decide exactly when the processing should take place.
For exports, simply use the “Trigger Export” button.
Perfect if you want full control.

Your export will be updated automatically as soon as we detect a change in the underlying feed.
Ideal when you want everything to stay up-to-date without any manual effort.

Here you define when the processing should take place—hourly, daily, or weekly.
This option is available for both imports and exports and gives you maximum planning flexibility.

If you choose the scheduled option, you can define how often the process should run. The following settings apply to both imports and exports:

Suitable when your data changes frequently—for example, for rapid stock updates.

Ideal when one or several fixed times per day are sufficient.

Perfect if a weekly update is enough. You can select multiple days as well as multiple times—for example, several times on a specific weekday.

After selecting your settings, you can always see when the next automatic or scheduled run will occur. This gives you full transparency—whether it’s an import or export.
