Each user within Channel Pilot Pro has an "organizational role" and a "work role". The work role is only defined at shop level.
Hierarchy within Channel Pilot Pro
Example: You own a company that sells products within Germany. You have several branches in different federal states. Sometimes even more than one branch in a federal state.
Agency - Your Company
Customer - In our example, those could be the different federal states.
Shop - Within a federal state, you have multiple Shops
The roles
Agency User (Agency)
Admin: As the administrator of your agency, you have access to all users and customers, all functions and settings. Including the administration of shops and users.
You can:
Create, manage and delete customers

Create, manage and delete shops
Viewer: As the viewer of your agency, you can view customers, users and shops, but not edit or delete them.
Customer user (Customer)

You can:
Create, manage and delete shops
Create, manage and delete users
Viewer: As a viewer, you can view users and shops, but not edit or delete them. You cannot create new users, either.
The shop working role
Both, agency and customer users have a shop work role.
“Privacy Safe” (data protected) ensures that the user can edit the assigned shops while sensitive data, such as buyer information, remains consistently hidden.
If the user is supposed to have access to protected data, they must enable 2FA (two‑factor authentication) for their account.
