Download errors
To correct errors when downloading a feed, go to the "Feed settings" of the corresponding feed and then to the "Feed overview" tab.
UNCLEAR
An unexpected error has occurred.
Possible causes:
Network error
Missing internet connection
Settings in the firewall
HOST_UNREACHABLE
The host cannot be reached.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
Incorrect path to the host
Check whether the host address has been entered correctly
Timeout during connection establishment
Check your internet connection

CONNECTION_REFUSED
The host has rejected the connection.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
Access data not correct
Check the access data
Timeout during connection setup
Check your network settings, your firewall or your antivirus program
INVALID_PERMISSION
You do not have authorization for access.

Check the access data
Missing authorization
Check whether you have the necessary authorization for access
INVALID_AUTHENTICATION
Your authentication data is not correct.

FILE_NOT_FOUND
The file was not found.

File path not correct
Check the correct spelling of the file path
The file does not exist in the specified path
Check the exact location of the file
DOWNLOAD_INCOMPLETE
The download is incomplete.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
The download took too long
Check your connection
The connection was interrupted
Check your network settings
INVALID_PROTOCOL
The protocol used is not correct or is not supported.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
An attempt is being made to download the file from an http host, although the file is stored on an https host.

INVALID_RESPONSE
Invalid response from the server.
TIMEOUT
The download took longer than expected.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
The download rate is too low
Check your internet settings

Troubleshooting:
Contact your system administrator
INVALID_CERTIFICATE
The security certificate provided is invalid.
The security certificate has expired
Renew the security certificate (additional authorizations may be required for this)
The internet connection is not secure
Check whether the connection is secure (https)
INVALID_SSL
The website accessed does not have a valid SSL security certificate.
UNRECOGNIZED
The feed was not recognized.
Error during import - file format
INVALID_FORMAT
The feed has an invalid file format.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
Your feed must be in one of the formats listed:
XML
CSV
JSON

The file is corrupt
Check your source file
You have selected the wrong file format
Check whether the file extension (e.g. .csv) matches the selected "File format".
To correct this error when importing a feed, go to the "Feed settings" of the corresponding feed and then to the "Feed overview" tab.
Error during import
To fix other errors when importing a feed, go to the "Feed settings" of the corresponding feed and then to the "Advanced feed settings" tab.
TOO_LONG_DATA_FIELD
The feed contains data fields with values that are too long.
The length of the data fields is technically limited. If this value is exceeded, the error message mentioned above is displayed.
Possible cause and troubleshooting:
An incorrect separator was used, which is why an attempt is being made to write too much content in a data field.
Check the separators
There is too much information in a data field. For example, a very detailed description text.
Try to shorten the information or add further data fields for additional description.
MISSING_SKU_ABSOLUTE
The threshold for the maximum number of missing SKUs within your feed has been exceeded.
Cause and troubleshooting:
There are more items with a missing SKU (unique item number) in your feed than you have specified.
Adjust the absolute value accordingly.
Check your data source.
Add more data fields to identify the SKU more clearly. For more information on SKU, click here.

DUPLICATE_ARTICLES_PERCENT
The threshold value for the percentage of duplicates for your feed has been exceeded.

UNCLOSED_CSV_QUOTE
The CSV file contains unclosed quotation marks.

WRONG_CSV_ESCAPING

TOO_MANY_INVALID_CSV_LINES
There are too many invalid CSV lines in your feed. You can find more help here.
INVALID_JSON_OBJECT
The JSON file could not be analyzed because it contains invalid JSON objects. Further help can be found here.

The JSON file could not be analyzed because it contains an invalid JSON token. Further help can be found here.

The threshold for the minimum number of articles within your feed has not been reached.
Cause and troubleshooting:
Your feed contains too few articles.
Check the absolute number specified here and adjust it if necessary.
Check your data source.

TOO_FEW_ARTICLES_PERCENT

INVALID_ENCODING
The feed has an invalid encoding.
Possible causes and troubleshooting:
Check whether you have selected the correct encoding for your feed. The following encodings are possible:

UTF-16BE
UTF-16LE
Windows-1251
INSERT_DATA_FIELD_NOT_ALLOWED
The addition of data fields is not allowed because of your feed settings.

Changes to the content or number of data fields are not allowed.

Creating or changing data fields is not allowed, because of your feed settings.

Changes to the content or number of data fields are not permitted.
Data fields can only be changed or added if "Every change in the data-fields is allowed" is selected. Further information can be found here.
ONLYNEWDATAFIELD_ALLOWED
Your feed settings do not allow you to change existing data fields. It is also not possible to delete data fields.
Cause and troubleshooting:
You can only add new data fields to your feed.
If you want to make changes to the data fields of your feed, change the setting shown below accordingly.
You may not have the permissions to change this setting. In this case, please contact your agency administrator.

INVALID_CONTAINER
The container is defective.
Cause and troubleshooting:
Your file (e.g. ZIP file) is damaged and therefore cannot be imported.
Open the file locally on your PC
Check the content and save the file again
Pack the file into a container, use a different format if necessary
INVALID_COMPRESSION
The compression of your file is invalid.
