Note: The Task Manager is a tool used across the entire agency. It contains information on every feed from all of your agency's shops.
It provides an overview of the latest processes within your agency and their current status.

Failed
A click on "View History" will bring you to the "Logfiles".
The tasks in the Task-Manager are deleted automatically 15 minutes after the task was finished.
You are here: Home -> Logfiles
Please note that the log files are specific to each shop. They contain notifications about all content from the shop you have selected.
Click on "Logfiles" to open the overview.
By default, the most recent event is always displayed at the top.
You can filter the displayed list according to various criteria.
Click on "Add filter".
If errors occur, you can see briefly and clearly which area is affected. The feed ID and also the type of error.
With a click on "More" you get additional and detailed information.
If you cannot rectify the error yourself, the data from the “Logfiles” is important for us to be able to act quickly and effectively.
