Learn how to manage your shops, mark them as favorites, and filter your shop list.

Your Shops

At the top left of the Home page you will see the name with which you have registered to Channel Pilot Pro.

Navigate to “Shop Management” in the “Shop Selector”, or use the icon on the left hand side of the screen.

Your shops appear in the overview. Use the cogwheel on the right-hand side to:

  • adjust the row height

  • Show or hide columns

  • Export your list

    • as CSV

    • as an Excel table

You can sort this list. The options shown below are available for sorting and filtering.

Clicking on the shop will take you directly to the "Shop settings".

You can also use the pen icon on the right side of the shop, to access the corresponding "Shop settings".

Create favorites

Within Channel Pilot Pro, you have the option of marking shops that you have created as "Favorites".

  1. Navigate to in the “Shop Selector”.

  2. Move the mouse over the shop you want to mark as a favorite.

    • You can mark a shop as a favorite without having selected it.

  3. Click on the star to the left of the shop name and mark it as a favorite.

Your favorites are displayed at the top of the shop overview (sorted alphabetically).

Filter list

  1. Click on "Add filter".

  2. You have four different options.

    1. Name

    2. Customer

    3. ID

    4. Status

  3. Narrow down parameters

    1. contains

    2. does not contain

    3. is

    4. is not

    5. is empty

    6. is not empty

  4. Click on "Apply filter".

  5. You will only see the shops that match the filter criteria.
