In the following article, we will show you various options for importing your product catalog.

Works like FTP, but encrypted via SSL. The standard port for SFTP is 22.

If you have stored your product catalog on an FTP server, select this type. Enter the server name, the port (default: 21), the relative path to your product catalog on the server and, if applicable, the access data.

The "Advanced import settings" are preset to "Automatic". This means that Channel Pilot Pro automatically recognizes the conditions of your import.

You can change the following parameters to adapt them to your file:

Select this type if your product catalog is accessible via a web server. Most shop systems store the product catalog publicly. If you use ".htaccess" password protection, you can also enter the access data.

Here you can upload the file via "Drag&Drop". To do this, drag it into the window and click on "Next step".
