Marketplace Germany
Our marketplace is aimed at merchants from the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK).
Participating merchants must have a registered office in the European Union (EU) and an associated VAT registration OR in case of a registered office in a third country (CH, UK, NO) a VAT registration in Germany.
All products have EAN, WEEE number, weight, price & country of origin.
Good product data quality (purchase relevant features, descriptions, pictures, etc.)
Feedback for customer inquiries (2-level) within 24h
Marketplace Switzerland
Company headquarters in the European Union and fiscal representation in Switzerland
If the company is located in Switzerland, an entry in the commercial register is mandatory
All products have EAN, weight & country of origin
Good product data quality (purchase relevant characteristics, descriptions, pictures, etc.)
Shipment number per package and electronic export invoice
Feedback on customer inquiries (2-level) within 24h
When using EU-Hub: settlement agreement or independent processing of warranty claims in the extranet (CMI)
